What this is

Hearthstone is a legacy-recording application. Enrolled users receive one interview question a week by text or email, and record answers preserved in a private archive for the recipients they designate. Each family’s archive is a private, invitation-only instance; no data is shared between families.

What we collect

Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and the recordings and messages enrolled users choose to send. Nothing is collected from anyone who has not enrolled.

What we never do

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or personal information with anyone. Opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Messaging

• Typically one message per week, plus at most one reminder.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help.

Storage & security

Each family’s archive runs on its own private, access-controlled server. Recordings marked private are encrypted and cannot be read by anyone until their family chooses to share them.
