Hearthstone — a legacy-recording service · operated by Titlepool AI Inc.

The service

Hearthstone sends enrolled users one interview question per week by SMS or email and preserves the answers they record in their family’s private archive. Enrollment is by invitation through a family’s administrator.

Messaging program

• Opt-in: messages are sent only after documented consent at enrollment.
• Frequency: ~one message per week, plus at most one reminder.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: reply STOP; re-enroll any time by asking your administrator.
• Support: reply HELP or contact your administrator.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your recordings & our promise

Everything you send remains yours. You may download all of it any time, mark recordings private (encrypted until you release them), or withdraw them. Our commitments — including that a lapsed payment never deletes your archive and that your archive outlives the company — are set out in Our promise and are part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

For enrolled family members only. Not for commercial, promotional, or bulk messaging.
